How long is the program?3 months with biweekly, 45 minute video sessions that are 1:1 with Hannah!

What's covered in each session?Below is the general outline of what session will cover. Note this is subject to change since each session is individualized for each person! Session 1: Client intake, health history, goal setting, first action steps Session 2: Identifying potential root causes, use of testing when appropriate, treating symptoms vs treating root cause Session 3: Food for gut health/nutrition: Macros and how to eat to balance blood sugar, foods to include, foods to minimize, meal planning, specific food/brand recommendations Session 4: Food for gut health/Nutrition continued: meal ideas, how to build a balanced plate for a healthy/diverse gut, sugar cravings, how to eat Session 5: Stress and Digestion: how stress directly affects digestion, fight or flight and how to get out of it, nervous system regulation techniques, breathing techniques, stress management Session 6: Sleep, daily movement and exercise for digestion and to minimize stress on the body, revisit initial goals, long term strategies *The option to continue working with Hannah beyond the 3 month program is always an option!

Will I have to follow a specific diet?Nope! My approach does not include restrictive diets or elimination of large food groups as this can cause more harm than good. We may identify potential food triggers however, and limit them for a short period while working on healing other aspects of the gut to manage symptoms.
